Up and Running, El Paso's only specialty running store, offers 3-6 mile weekly group runs for all levels from both their Eastside and Westside locations.

Run El Paso

Up and Running

Up and Running offers group training plans that are designed to help to runners of all abilities improve their performance. Each training program is written for a specific race distance (5K to Marathon) and usually coincides with a local race or fun run.

Mc Millan Running  is an online coaching site for runners of all levels including an array of running articles, custom training plans, and running calculators.

Caty Culp is a channel featuring a fitness blogger covering content about health, fitness tips, healthy recipes, lifestyle updates, and inspiration.

Global Triathlon Network is a triathlon themed channel focusing on all aspects of triathlon, including videos about cycling, swimming, running, gear and training tips.
